By a stroke of luck he wound up in one of Papaya’s trucks and began to deliver their fine creations to their customers in person

Our company originally started as simply “Velocita Transport”
“Velocita” was taken from the Latin word “Velocitas” which translates to “swiftness, fleetness, speed, rapidity, velocity”
We specialised in the “White Glove Delivery” of luxury furniture

Within a year of forming Velocita Transport…
….our founder returned to Papaya Furniture & Homewares to help them with their transport needs. However, this time he returned not as an employee but as the leader of our company
We helped Papaya Furniture & Homewares with their entire logistics operations throughout New South Wales. This involved not only delivering to all of their customers but also servicing all of their NSW facilities which at this stage included retail stores at Bondi Junction Westfield, Birkenhead Point and Mosman as well as the Warehouse at South Granville and the Camperdown Head Office/Showroom
Within two months (and only fourteen months since the creation of our company) our founder once again applied his legendary work ethic, dedication & discipline to purchase our second truck and…

Our burgeoning reputation as best in class for the delivery of luxury furniture led to many of our clients recommending our master removalist services to their own customers who were looking for the absolute best to help them move into their next homes. Our extensive unique skills, knowledge & experience plus our implementation of proper business practices such as the assurance of always having full cover insurances with limits well above and beyond requirement, transparent pricing, stringent internal controls etc. set us apart from the others in the residential removal industry from the very start

Very early on we identified the difficulties faced by customers having to deal separately with other end of lease cleaning businesses. These other cleaners would often either show up far too early, late or even not at all. When these other cleaners did arrive they would often get in the way of our removalists and not know how to work safely alongside them. Many of these other cleaners were simply not good enough and many customers would complain to us of instances where they would have to have these other cleaners return multiple times before they were even able to have their rental bonds refunded
As always we empathised with our customers and devised a method where we are able to provide removalist + end of cleaning services at the exact same time all the while ensuring the absolute highest levels of safety and hygiene
